Tips:
The instant soothing effect makes it possible to continue breastfeeding when nipples are very sore. To get more use, cut each pad in half (or quarter, depending on nipple size), instead of using one complete pad per nipple. Simply place the cooling pad on the skin. The pads provide moisture and keep your skin smooth and, in doing so, eases the pain of sore nipples between feeds.
