At Babies Galore, we understand that doing the Christmas shopping with a bub or two can be tricky and stressful, so why not make it easy by ordering online - we can gift wrap and deliver Australia-wide!
Below are the last dates you can place your order to ensure delivery in time for Christmas. However, to ensure you get what you really want, we advise you to order now.
NSW metro: 23rd December
QLD metro: 22nd December
VIC metro: 22nd December
SA metro: 21st December
WA metro: 14th December
Country and Rural Areas: 11th December

Babies Galore delivers throughout Australia (except the Northern Territory). We use couriers and Australia Post, depending on the size of your order and where you live. If you order is sent via courier and you are not at home when it is delivered, a calling card will be left to re-arrange a delivery time, unless you have left special instructions to leave your order without a signature.
Out of stock items can take from 2 – 12 weeks to arrange delivery. We will contact you if any item in your order is out of
stock.
Delivery fees are based on weight and size. The minimum fee for delivery is $10 per order in NSW, and $20 to all other states except WA which is $30. Cots and furniture can only be delivered to the Sydney metropolitan areas and you must be available to sign for these.
Gift vouchers are sent via Registered Post.
Provided the goods are returned in their original packaging and in good saleable condition we will provide a credit note for the cost of the product.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect decision. Delivery fees are not refundable. Goods can be returned to the website at your expense or you can return them to any Babies Galore store (except Warringah Mall) with your invoice.
Warranty periods for individual items will be the manufacturer’s warranty period. If the item is out of warranty a fee for repair will be charged. There will be no refund or exchange for display stock or clearance lines unless the product is defective or faulty and the customer wasn’t advised of the defect or fault before purchase.
